1. The Plaintiff, in the name of the company that engages in livestock products and trade, etc., and “B”, supplied goods (such as gals, stones, bals, etc.) to the Defendant, who runs the meat packaging business, etc. of livestock products by March 4, 2013.

Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the price payable to the plaintiff and the damages for delay.
