Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on August 20, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 28, 201. On October 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment with labor for the same crime in the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 2, 201.
