1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 25,500,000 to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) as well as the annual interest thereon from January 1, 2015 to December 10, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Inasmuch as there is no evidence to support that the Defendant, on August 17, 2009, agreed to pay KRW 25.5 million to the designated parties C by December 31, 2014, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party)’s claim for this part is groundless.
