A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 도로교통법위반(음주운전) 피고인은 2013. 10. 24. 20:55경 창원시 마산합포구 남성동 리베라호텔 부근에 있는 엔젤리너스 커피전문점 앞에서부터 같은 구 해안대로 돝섬터미널 육교 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 1km 구간에서 혈중알콜농도 0.089%의 술에 취한 상태로 C 모닝 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (AD) is a person engaging in driving a Clearning car.

피고인은 2013. 10. 24. 20:55경 위와 같이 술에 취한 상태로 위 승용차를 운전하여 창원시 마산합포구 해안대로 돝섬터미널 육교 앞 도로를 해안삼거리 쪽에서 서항부두 쪽으로 편도 4차로 중 3차로를 따라 진행하던 중 전방 주시를 게을리하면서 앞차와 안전거리를 유지하지 아니한 채 운전한 과실로, 전방에서 같은 방향으로 진행하던 피해자 D(52세) 운전의 E 택시 뒷범퍼 부분을 피고인 운전의 모닝 승용차 앞범퍼 부분으로 들이받아, 그 충격으로 위 택시가 앞으로 밀리면서 그보다 앞서 진행하던 F 싼타페 승용차를 들이받게 하였다.

As a result, the Defendant caused an accident by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, thereby causing injury to the said victim D, such as dynasium, tensions, etc., in need of treatment for about three weeks; injury to the said cab passenger G (53 years old); injury to the brain dynasium in detail requiring treatment for about two weeks; and injury to the victim H (55 years old) of the same passenger, such as cerebral dynasium in detail as requiring treatment for about two weeks; however, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures such as providing relief to the victim.
