Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall mediate, induce, induce, or compel an unspecified person to engage in sexual intercourse with another person in return for the receipt or promise of money, valuables, or other property benefits;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from the early February 2018, operated the “D”, which is a commercial sex acts business establishment located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and arranged the Defendant to receive KRW 80,000 for female employees E and to have sexual intercourse with the said business establishment after having provided the said “D” with visitors to the foregoing business establishment around February 13, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person who is aware of the fact that he/she provides or promises to provide money, valuables or other property benefits to an unspecified person in return for offering them to sexual intercourse shall provide such money, land or building;

Nevertheless, on February 2018, the Defendant was aware that the above building was located in the densely concentrated area of sexual traffic and that sexual traffic would result in sexual traffic. However, the Defendant would receive KRW 1,500,000 per month and lent the above building to A.

Accordingly, the defendant provided a building knowing that sexual traffic is provided.
