A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 4, 2008, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Seoul Central District Court of Seoul, which issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on October 11, 2010, the Seoul Western District Court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on two or more occasions. However, on May 26, 2018, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of KRW 0.24% from the 3km section of alcohol to the 7rd road of Seoul Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
2. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or the measures not taken after an accident) were driven by a c bargaining vehicle under the influence of alcohol as of May 26, 2018, and led the front of Guro-gu Seoul to the digital cross-section from the distance park off the distance park to the digital cross-section.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped as it did not immediately stop a taxi to rescue the victimized person, even though it was damaged to ensure that the amount of 360,888 won would be able to repair the taxi.
