Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A: (a) reported job offer advertisements posted by Defendant D on the Internet site E; and (b) conspiredd with D to steal cable at the site of D and apartment construction sites to sell cables.
A. A. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant, in collaboration with D, was at the construction site of F apartment construction in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, a member-gu, A. In the construction site of F apartment, A. B. A., the Defendant found CV 185S Q (200m) cable equivalent to KRW 6,00,00, the market price of the Plaintiff, which was in storage in a warehouse of the materials of the Haju-si, and discovered the iron fence installed in the storage of the materials of the Haju-si. A. D. The Defendant attempted to load the cable using a cutting machine to cut the cable into a certain length, and the Defendant was removed from a security guard who was patroled at that place, and failed to commit the act.
B. 2. Defendant B and Defendant C conspired to sell cables by reporting job offer advertisements that D put up on the Internet site E, and communicating to D, and by stealing cables at the site of D and apartment construction sites.
Defendants jointly with D, from May 27, 2018 to May 23:30, 02:30 of the following day, enter the site of the new construction of the K K K K K K K K K KK, and enter the place under the outer wall fences, and discover GV Q (900M) cable equivalent to KRW 7,00,000, the market price of which was owned by the victim L in a warehouse, and Defendant D.
