A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 28, 2013, at around 08:19, the Defendant taken 104 victims, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around July 26, 2015, when the Defendant installed a string in the vicinity of the driver’s seat in a C-A-si operated by the Defendant, and taken 104 female passengers, who are female passengers with whom the name on board the back seat of the taxi could not be known.
As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
