1. Basic facts

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Defendants purchased each real estate from E in the purchase price of KRW 3,200,000,000, and paid the remainder of KRW 2,000,000 from the remainder of KRW 2,00,000. However, the Defendants were liable to pay the remainder of KRW 1,322,00,000 with respect to each real estate at the time (i.e., KRW 780,000,000 as lease deposit of KRW 190,000 and KRW 150,000 as loan of KRW 1,00,000 and KRW 100,000 as loan of KRW 1,00,000 as loan of KRW 23,00,000 as loan of KRW 0,000,000 as loan of KRW 20,000 as loan of KRW 79,000,000 as loan of KRW 00,000,000 as the remainder of the sale price (= 2000,0000).
