Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Force】 On June 4, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to assault or bodily injury, etc. at the Sung-nam Branch of Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on December 1, 2019.

【Criminal Facts of Crimes】 From December 1, 2019, the Defendant was a long-term speculation in the Babel C, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si. Around March 18, 2020, the victim D (the victim 54 years of age and delay grade 3) who was the manager of the above telecom, was dissatisfied with the Defendant’s assertion that “the outside person or visiting person would be free from entry because he or she would be free from the point of view.”

At around 01:30 on the 20th of the same month, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim sought the Defendant again to the said branch, “the outside person or visitors are not allowed to enter because of coin,” and (b) took 15 cm in length (15 cm in length, 26 cm in total) and excessive (23.5 cm in total) (12 cm in length, 23.5 cm in length) as things dangerous to 03:00 on the same day on the ground that she tolds that “the outside person or visitors are not allowed to enter”; (c) taken them into the left hand; (d) taken them once a visit to the place where the victim is living in the above her mother; and (d) taken them into the body of the victim with the body of the victim going out of the visit, and caused the victim to her losses, grandchildren, and other parts that require treatment for about 14 days.
