The prosecution against the defendant is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a person who is a spouse who has reported marriage with B on October 7, 2002.

At around 01:00 on July 20, 2012, the Defendant sent 19 times a total of 19 times from that time to February 28, 2013, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, along with a single sexual intercourse with C in a car of A near the Soung-gu, Soradong-gu, Young-gu, Boan-dong, and as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. Determination

(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 241 (2) of the Criminal Act;

B. Revocation of complaint against the defendant after the defendant's spouse was prosecuted

(c) Public prosecution dismissal: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
