Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who raises cattle and pigs with permission to install facilities for discharging excreta from the face of 1,077.3 cubic meters in Yongcheon-si.

Where a person who has obtained permission to install facilities discharging foul waste increases by at least 50/100 of the size of his/her emission facilities, he/she shall obtain permission for change.

From July 2005 to July 25, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for change at the same place, extended the area from 577.7 cubic meters to 50/100 of the permitted size by covering the roof of asbestos slate between livestock pens.
