A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Cargo in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On August 30, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15:40, was driving the said Lone Star Cargo Vehicle in the direction of North Korea, from the hivers of the marine control over the roads in front of the D control point located in the Yasan-si, Yasan-do.

At that time, vehicles and pedestrians had frequent traffic, and at the rear side of the Defendant’s vehicle, there was only one motor vehicle left behind, and thus, in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly manipulate the traffic accident and prevent it from smoke by properly manipulating the steering gear and brakes of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while drinking 0.179% of alcohol level in blood so that it is difficult to drive in a normal condition, caused the Defendant’s injury to the Defendant, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks by taking the front part of the F125cc c., driving by the Defendant’s 125cc c., which was driven by the Defendant’s f.125cc. c., which was driven by the Defendant’s f.125cc. at the rear f. of the Defendant’s f.s.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving the Bone Star Cargo under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.179% of alcohol level in the five-meter section adjacent to the D control point located adjacent to the C in Yasan-si, Yasan-do, Yasan-do.
