On January 7, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.160% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a B rocketing car at the section of about 2 km from the front of the cafeteria cafeteria which was located within the Yansan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, to the front of the Yansan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si.
