Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a violation of road traffic law at the Jeonju District Court on March 14, 201, and was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million by the same court on November 13, 2013.

[2] On January 2, 2017, the Defendant driven B vehicles at approximately 15 km from the front of the breakwater in the Sonan-si, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the Sonan-si, Soon-si, Busan Metropolitan City, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.077% during blood transfusion around 00:50 on January 2, 2017.
