A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 3 million from the same court on March 26, 201 to a fine for the same crime, respectively.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) are those engaged in driving service of BK7 automobiles
