The defendant, around June 4, 2010, lent 6 million won to the victim under the condition that he/she had no intent or ability to repay money from the victim, even if he/she borrowed money from the victim in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, but he/she had no intention or ability to repay the money.

‘Falsely speaking, it received 6 million won from the victim to the agricultural bank account in the name of the defendant on the same day, from September 4, 2010, and received 56 million won in total from the victim four times from September 4, 2010, as shown in the attached crime list.
