A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 20, 2019, the Defendant taken a photograph of a part of the victim DNA (MM-G930S) who had a ballelight in male partitions using his/her cell phone (C) with the function of the camera in the ‘C' inside the ‘Magal gal lusium B' in the Gamban-si Ma-si Magal Magal Magal lusium B, on April 20, 2019, by taking a photograph of a part of the body of the victim D (V, 21 years of age) who had a ballelight in male partitions.
On October 6, 2016, the Defendant taken photographs of the victims’ body against their will that may cause sexual humiliations or humiliations over 12 times in total, as shown in the attached crime list, from around 21:54 to April 20, 2019.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (intake-in of places for sexual purpose) invaded on public toilets, which are public-use places used by unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
