Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The circumstances that are advantageous to the reasons for sentencing: if the degree of violence and intimidation is minor, the punishment shall be determined as ordered in consideration of all the conditions for sentencing, such as the fact that the person suffers from mental symptoms due to alcohol suspension, the fact that there is no criminal record of the same kind or suspension of execution or higher, and the defendant's age, environment and sex behavior.
