1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 10, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

As the provisions on statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Evasion for Part 3 Reasons for Appeal (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, the legal interest rate shall be 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed
