1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff's assertion C purchased on April 23, 1969 the land of 496 square meters and F 298 square meters, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 25, 1969. The real estate adjacent to the above land was known as part of the above land and occupied, and died on July 19, 2008. Since the plaintiff acquired by prescription on April 25, 1989 the real estate listed in the separate sheet, the defendant should implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on the real estate listed in the separate sheet on April 25, 1989.
2. The statement of evidence No. 1 and No. 9 alone is insufficient to recognize that the deceased C or the plaintiff occupied real estate listed in the separate sheet from April 25, 1969 to April 25, 1989, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise. Rather, even according to the statement of the complaint submitted by the plaintiff to this court, the deceased C and the plaintiff do not possess the farmer's house in the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the late 1980 to the late 1980, and the land category in the previous sheet was changed from "forest" to "forest" during the period of 1994 to the plaintiff's knowledge. In light of this, it seems that the deceased C or the plaintiff did not occupy the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the late 1980.
Furthermore, even if there is a period for possession of real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 9, the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 is the E, F, and the real estate stated in the separate sheet No. 31, since the period for possession of real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 is reasonable and its form is distinguished from the above E and F, the net real estate stated in the separate sheet No. 31, which began to be occupied with the knowledge that the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, E and F, was included in the above land.
