1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 17,407,121 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 18,04,882 to Plaintiff B; and (c) from July 14, 2011 to each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 4, 2011, the Plaintiffs and the Defendant concluded a partnership agreement with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “instant partnership agreement”).

Article 2(1) Byung shall operate the above business with the care of a good manager and manage property, and shall faithfully perform all the obligations with respect to Gap and Eul. 2) Byung shall be entrusted with all parts of the entire management of personnel management, operation and management, sales management, etc.

3) However, important decisions or trades with respect to operations shall be determined after Gap, Eul, and after the end of January. Article 3 (Trade Shares, Profit Shares) A, and Eul, respectively, as contract deposit for operation by the end of January of the first day.
