1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of transfer of ownership on June 26, 1998 with respect to B forest No. 14,803 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before subdivision”) of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the grounds of sale and purchase on June 25, 1998. The Defendant is the owner who completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the grounds of the ownership on September 11, 1948 with respect to C forest No. 28,760 square meters, D forest No. 1,653 square meters, E forest No. 20,995 square meters, F forest No. 5,400 square meters (hereinafter “instant adjacent land”). The Defendant is the owner who completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the grounds of the ownership reversion on September 22, 1975.
B. On April 18, 2014, forest land of 1,100 square meters in the instant land prior to the subdivision was divided into G, forest land of 12,489 square meters into H, and the land of 12,489 square meters in forest land was divided into H, and the land of 1,214 square meters in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant land”).
C. From November 22, 1969, the Defendant constructed and managed the I building under its neighboring land. The rent for each period of the land in the dispute of this case shall be as follows:
The annual rent of 14m2 per 771m2 from July 1, 2009 to June 70, 2010 to June 30, 201, KRW 3,861, 168 to June 30, 201, KRW 4,258, KRW 19,637 from July 1, 201 to June 30, 201.
