1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 36,784,00 and KRW 27,58,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 9,196,00 from June 1, 2016.

The Plaintiff: (a) supplied the Defendant with static fuel oil equivalent to KRW 27,58,00 on April 30, 2016; and (b) paid the price by May 31, 2016; (c) supplied static fuel oil equivalent to KRW 9,196,00 on May 31, 2016; and (d) paid the price by June 30, 2016; (c) was either under dispute between the parties or under dispute; and (d) paid the price by June 30, 2016 pursuant to the purport of each of the statements and arguments set forth in the evidence No. 1, No. 1, No. 2, and No. 2, No. 3684,00 (27,588,000 won, KRW 9,196,000) and annual interest rate of KRW 27,58,000 on the payment date from the following day to the 16th day of each lawsuit; and (d) interest rate of KRW 16,06.16,7.16,6.16.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
