A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2014, at around 07:0, the Defendant 3 elevators underground of the D construction site located in Busan Nam-gu, Busan, on the ground that he did not wait for himself, and closed the elevator door, left chest of the victim E (the age of 62) turned on the victim's chests, f2 years old, and knicked the victim's breath with his left hand, and caused the victim to be pushed on the elevator wall.
