Punishment of the crime

From October 6, 2016 to October 18, 2016, the Defendant joined an illegal spts B site opened and operated by a person whose name is not known within the Defendant’s residence, and visited him.

The Defendant carried out gambling worth KRW 33 times in total, 36,40,000 in total, as shown in the list of crimes, using the following methods: (a) the Defendant’s account in the name of one bank (C) to deposit, shocked, “sports soil and sand, bridge, fals, fals, fals, alzl, and alzzn” in the form of a “private bridge” game among the games in which one bank account in the name of the Defendant was held; and (b) the Defendant carried out gambling in total at least 33 times in total, 36,40,000,000 in total, as in the list of crimes.
