A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jeonju District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on December 14, 2016, the Defendant is a person who is currently under suspended sentence and is engaged in the business of driving a C-A-hurd motor vehicle.

1. On January 4, 2017, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.27% in blood without the driver’s license from around 3 kilometers, from around 16:15 to around 3 149, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si located in the 149-do, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.

2. On January 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act: (a) drive the said motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.277% in blood without a driver’s license on January 16:15, 201; and (b) drive the said motor vehicle at a level of 0.27% in the same three-lane in the city of Kim Jong-si with the flow of Kim Jong-dong at the center of the central hospital in the direction of Kim Jong-dong.

Since the center line of yellow solid lines has been connected, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not dump the center line, shall not drive a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and a person has a duty of care to safely operate the steering boat and the steering gear by accurately operating the steering boat and the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was negligent in driving the center line in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and was driven by the victim D(69 years old) who was waiting in the opposite line, and was driven by the Defendant on the left side of the said vehicle.

In the end, it is eventually.
