Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for habitual fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and on December 16, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. The Defendant, from around 21:30 on February 11, 2014 to around 02:00 the following day, at the main point of “F”, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim G as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc. from the victim G; and (b) by deceiving the victim G as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) by deceiving the victim G, and then deceiving the victim by receiving from the victim G the sum of KRW 531,00,00,000, including the total of KRW 17,000, 17,000, 17, 17, 17, and 3,000.

At around 20:30 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated “N” in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si M; and (b) stated that the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the amount despite having been provided with an alcoholic beverage from the victim’sO, deceiving the victim’sO as if he were to pay the said amount; and (c) deceiving the victim’sO to pay the said amount; and (d) stated that the Defendant was the sum of KRW 4,00,000, such as 7 disease and 2 Aboju.
