A. The Plaintiff is a taxi transportation business entity under the Passenger Transport Service Act.

From January 18, 2017 to August 4, 2018, 14 taxi drivers employed by the Plaintiff were subject to a fine for negligence, etc. under the Act on the Development of Taxi Transportation Business (hereinafter referred to as “the Act on the Development of Taxi Development”) by engaging in an act of refusing passengers or allowing passengers to get off on board without justifiable grounds as indicated in the following table, 14 times in total (hereinafter referred to as “act of refusing passengers, etc.”) and having them get off on the way.
