Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on January 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the entry of the members of “Emergency Countermeasure Committee” or “the side of the original church,” who belong to the church, in the second floor of the B church located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into the third floor distribution; (b) obstructed the entry of the members of the “Emergency Countermeasure Committee” or “the side of the original church,” which is the opposite to the third floor distribution; and (c) assaulted the Defendant by using a portable camera, one time together with the Defendant.
