A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on September 11, 2007, and on September 11, 2009, received a summary order of 2 million won by a fine at the Gwangju District Court on September 11, 2009, and has violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

On July 19, 2013, at around 01:28, the Defendant driven a b-wing truck with blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.213 percent from the front road of Gwangju Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, to the front road of the Standing Han River, located in the same Gu-dong, from around 2 kilometers to the front road of the Standing Han River, which is located in the same Gu-dong.
