1. The Defendant’s KRW 42,651,200 as well as 6% per annum from July 7, 2018 to December 7, 2018, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who carries on the construction business, etc. in the name of “C”, and the Defendant is an individual entrepreneur who carries on the interior construction business, etc. in the trade name of “D.”
