Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant raised approximately 80 pigs in the name of "D" in the city of Jinju, and reported the installation of discharge facilities. A person who raises livestock shall ensure that livestock excreta not properly disposed of does not flow into public waters.

Nevertheless, at around 18:00 on September 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred livestock excreta to a storage facility prior to the temporary storage of livestock excreta at the farm at the above domicile; (b) but (c) neglected to store livestock excreta, thereby exceeding the capacity of livestock excreta not properly disposed of in a temporary storage facility, thereby allowing the Defendant to flow livestock excreta into a nearby river.
