Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to use farmland for purposes other than agricultural production, such as cultivating crops or growing perennial plants, or improving farmland prescribed by Presidential Decree shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

Nevertheless, on October 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining permission to divert farmland in part (100 square meters) of farmland (100 square meters) located in B (300 square meters) in Crossing-gun, Gyeongsung-gun, Gangwon-do on a day-to-day basis, installed a stampet for the purpose of housework, and used the relevant farmland for the purpose of site by installing a 2m width, 1m in length, and 2m in height to prevent expenses in the relevant place.
