1. Each claim against the plaintiffs against the defendant and each claim against the plaintiff B and C by the independent party intervenor.

The main lawsuit and the lawsuit of independent party intervention shall be considered together.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 24, 2000, the defendant was established with the trade name "H" for the main purpose of accommodation business, building business, etc. (the trade name was changed to I, H, J, K, and D, and the present trade name was changed to "D," and the shares were 10,000 shares of the company and did not have been issued until now after the incorporation of the company.

B. On September 2, 2005, the Defendant’s list of shareholders or investors made up of April 7, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a share transfer contract with the Defendant’s 4,000 shares (hereinafter “instant shares”) to transfer KRW 20,00,000 shares issued by the Defendant to the Defendant Intervenor E (hereinafter “the Defendant’s 4,00 shares”) to the Defendant’s 20,00 shares issued by the Defendant’s 4,00 shares (the transferee stated that “the share price was paid to the transferor immediately after the transfer of shares was paid in full) and at that time, notified the Defendant of the transfer of shares.

3) A) M and L entered into a stock transfer agreement with P on January 27, 2005 on the transfer of 5,000 shares owned by them to KRW 25,00,000. P again transferred on March 10, 2005 the above 5,00 shares to the Intervenor F and the Intervenor F came to hold 5,00 shares issued by the Defendant.

B. On March 10, 2005, Q Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer contract with Q Q in KRW 25,000,000, and Q Q re-transfer 5,000 shares to R on September 30, 2005.

In addition, on December 6, 2005, R entered into a share transfer contract with Plaintiff B, which transfers 5,000 shares to KRW 25,00,000, and R transferred the shares to the Defendant on the day.
