Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant from passing through the majority of the above roads, the width of which is about 4.6m; (b) obstructed, around October 2014, the Defendant set up a 50cc or 70cc width in lieu of the above horses on the roads and obstructed the passage of half of the above roads on the boundary of the said roads by installing a twitter in addition to the above stones on March 12, 2015, at a place where the tweetss are installed on the roads at a height of 1m high; and (c) obstructed the public nature of the above roads in which the width is about 4.6m wide; and (d) obstructed the passage of the public by installing a tweter in addition to the above stones on March 12, 2015.
