Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On May 5, 2011, the Defendant: (a) knew that the Defendant was stolen by E at the D parking lot in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, after the Defendant dissatising the biter owned by the non-satisfed victim; and (b) upon the request of the Defendant for the sale of scrap metal and the satis in a different fishing manner; (c) while recognizing that the goods are stolen, B, who introduced F on the trading of high-water owners B and other satis, has dissated the satis with the satis, and then, F, by acquiring the satis 1,254,000 won, the satis 480,000 won, the satis satis by acquiring the satis satis from the Sha City.
B. On May 27, 2011, the Defendant arranged the stolen goods by having the Victim H, who was stolen by E in the above D parking lot, dissatis 1,187,300 won, and 250,000 won for satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis satis sat satis satis satis satis sat satis
C. On June 8, 2011, the Defendant: (a) had the victim J, who was stolen by E in the above D parking lot, dismantleed B and F in a way similar to that of the above D parking lot with the knowledge of the fact that it was the stolen goods at the shower market price of KRW 6,00,000; and (b) had E acquire KRW 400,000,000, as a result, in good faith.
On June 8, 201, the Defendant arranged for the goods related to Warsaws, with knowledge of the fact that the L, which was stolen by Defendant E in the above D parking lot, was 22,00,000 won of L which was stolen by Defendant E in the above D parking lot, and caused B and F to dismantle the shower market in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), thereby acquiring 650,000 won of L, thereby arranging for the goods.
2. Defendant B
A. A. On May 5, 201, the Defendant acquired goods through occupational negligence in Shari-si, Shari-si, Shari-si, a victim who stolen E in the Gangseo-gu, Busan, Gangseo-gu D parking lot around 13:00.
