A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years by imprisonment with labor for interference with bidding at the Busan District Court on December 3, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 3, 2016.

The Defendant is the actual operator of G Co., Ltd., a school meal service supplier in Daegu Northern-gu.

No one shall indicate or advertise the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses, quality, and packaging of livestock products differently from facts or exaggeratedly.

However, on January 27, 2016, the Defendant supplied the 5km of the end (environment friendly) to Daegu I Elementary School located in Daegu Suwon-gu H, Daegu-gu, and indicated the material differently by falsely marking the material as if the material was supplied at the end without using the end.

From January 7, 2013 to April 30, 2016, Defendant 1 supplied 504 schools, including Daegu I Elementary Schools, with the same method indicated differently from the fact that the Defendant, as seen above, indicated the following: (a) the first instance court, the first instance court, and the first instance court, which did not use at all the last end; (b) the first instance court, or the first instance court, as if he supplied the last end; (c) the first instance court, or as if he sold the middle, or as if he had sold the middle, or as if he did so, the first instance court, and as if he did so, the first instance court, indicated that it was a good, and delivered a total of KRW 42,838.6kg, market price, 1,211,108,587 of livestock products.
