Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Jeju District Court for obstruction of business and two years of suspension of execution, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Jeju District Court on January 28, 2016 under the suspension of execution and sentenced to the same year.

31. On August 30, 2016, the sentence of suspended execution was invalidated upon the final judgment, and the execution of the final sentence was terminated at Jeju Prison.
