Punishment of the crime

around January 16, 2019, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim D, who reported and contacted, “I will send a cell phone if you deposit money” by accessing the “F” website operated by the Defendant in Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, by using a computer. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
