A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

The Defendant received instructions from D and E, a vice-head of the entertainment room unemployment, from around 13:0 on September 10, 2015 to around 21:00 on September 10, 2015, the Defendant carried on the exchange business in cash, under which customers of the entertainment room in Daegu-gu H and the second floor in front of the Daegu-gu Ham-gu Ham-gu in front of the “G” restaurant, and had customers of the entertainment room in the Seoul-gu Ham-gu changed free use rights acquired by games in cash.
