A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bknife car.

On November 24, 2018, around 08:30, the Defendant driven the said car on the road of “D” located in Scheon-si C without a driver’s license, and continued to run the said car at a speed of about 60km from the “Road Name” side of “Road Name” on a one-lane road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, got the front body part of the car driven by the victim E (Nam, 63 years old) driving on the right side of the FGGG company that was driven by the Defendant at the designated lane due to the negligence over the center line in order to overtake the vehicle that had been driven by the Defendant without a driver’s license, and neglected to do so, received the front body part of the car driven by the Defendant from the front body part of the car driven by the FG company’s city bus that the Defendant driven by the Defendant, and due to its shock, got the front body part of the I dump truck vehicle driven by the victim H(Nam, 53 years old) to the “riju” from the right side of the bus.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the above victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. of a shoulder pipe that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victimJ (n, 32 years of age) who was on board the bus driven by the said victim, such as crums, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim K (n, 26 years of age) who was on the same bus, such as a string of a sloping wall that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
