Purport of claim and appeal

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 20, 2001, the Plaintiff: (a) as the principal insured with Defendant A, the beneficiary at the time of death is designated as the legal inheritor; (b) concluded a pure Type 1 pure insurance contract for non-dividend dividends with the insurance coverage period from the contract to the termination date (hereinafter “instant principal contract”); (c) added the insurance coverage amount to KRW 20,000,000, and a special agreement for accident death guarantee with the insurance coverage period of 80 years of age from the contract date (hereinafter “instant special agreement for accident death”); and (d) paid the insurance premium under the instant principal contract with KRW 103,500 each month for 20 years, and the insurance premium under the instant special agreement for May 20, 200, respectively.

Examining the main contents of the instant insurance contract terms and conditions, as follows:

Article 13 [Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money] of the Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Contract for the Class 1 pure Insurance for Non-Distribution Benefits = The Insurance Money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured during the period of insurance:

1. The payment of insurance money shall be made. 1. When the insured dies during the insurance period or becomes disabled in the first degree in the disability classification table: The payment of the death insurance money [Detailed Provisions for Payment of Insurance Money] 2. Article 13 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) subparagraph 1 of the same Act includes cases where the adjudication of disappearance is made because the life or death is unknown during the insurance period, and the causes corresponding to the provisions of Article 27 (Declaration of Disappearance) of the Civil Act or the attached Table B (Disaster Classification Table) (Disaster Classification Table) of the Civil Act, such as the sinking of a ship and the fall of an aircraft, etc., shall be caused by the ex post facto external factors, or shall be caused by a minor external factors;
