1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 326,370,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 26, 2017 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. A majority of the residents’ written consent to the coordination of the long-term repair plan (the total household 1983 households, written consent 1077 households) was confirmed, and the Defendant selected the lowest project operator on November 1, 2016, and conducted the project proposal on January 16, 2016.
