A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 14, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) was driving a DM6 car at the front of the C high school in Ansan-si B at the intersection of the Gongdo Island, which is located in Ansan-si B, with a long distance shooting range from the Gongdo boundary to the front of the C high school.

The Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven the vehicles listed in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.225% at a section of about 10 meters from the day to the intersection of the front distance of the C high school located in Ansan-si B in the vicinity of the H Park located in Ansan-si in the city of Ansan-si.
