Purport of claim and appeal

1. The court's explanation of this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus cites this case as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

(2) In light of the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs to this court and the plaintiffs' above claims, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants against the defendants should be dismissed in its entirety on the ground that the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is without merit.

The judgment of the court of first instance with the same conclusion is justified, and all appeals filed against the Defendants by the Plaintiffs are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
