1. The defendant's measures against "E" and "F," which are the plaintiff's account located in Csite (D), and one log-off measures against "E" and "F."
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a company that operates a C site (D; hereinafter “instant site”) that can trade virtual currency, such as BTC and Epil.
The Plaintiff signed the instant website with “E” (hereinafter “E”) and “F” ID (hereinafter “instant 2 Adididi,” and each of the above Adididi (hereinafter “the instant Adidi”) and owned 10,83,092 1 Edico and 10,883,092, and 2 Edico and 80.26823218 Bdico.
B. On July 29, 2015, and August 31, 2015, with respect to the Plaintiff’s instant 1 Ghana, the Defendant obstructed each route of the instant 2 Ghana on August 31, 2015, and obstructed each of the withdrawals on May 27, 2016 (hereinafter “instant blocking measures”).
C. Article 18 of the Terms and Conditions of Use (amended by Rule 1 to May 25, 2015; hereinafter “Terms and Conditions of Use”) which provides for the rights, obligations, and matters of responsibility between the Defendant and its members regarding the terms and conditions of use and procedures for the instant site operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant terms and conditions of use”) provides for the grounds for restrictions on the use of transaction services as follows:
