The reasoning of the judgment of this court for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) adding “part of the above shares” to “after the acquisition” under Section 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) Section 4 to “(C) was dismissed (Supplementary High Court 2015Nu22394),” and the appeal was dismissed (Supreme Court 2016Du34837).” Thus, it is consistent with the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where “the above shares were dismissed” under Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
