A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2012, at around 02:30, the Defendant illegally used a third party’s motor vehicle by driving a FK-5 motor vehicle parked before the seat of the C University D, located in Gwangju Northern-gu, without obtaining consent from the former C University D, to the front of the North-gu Office located in the same Gudong-gu, and temporarily used a third party’s motor vehicle.

2. Around 02:30 on February 11, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving, drunk driving, accident-free driving, etc.) and the Road Traffic Act without a driver’s license. Around 02:30 on February 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) avoided the distance of the building in the north-gu office building located in the Yong-gu, Gwangju from the right edge of the C University to the right edge of the C University at the speed of about 50km; (b) by negligence, while neglecting the duty of care to accurately manipulate the steering direction, brake system, etc. of the said K5 vehicle installed on the right edge of the road; (c) caused the damage to the repair cost of the said K5 car, which is owned by the 1.60,000,000 won, to the right edge of the road; and (d) owned the 360,000,000,000,000 won, and immediately owned the 360,0,0,00.
