The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is only that the KONAE was at the bottom, and the court security management team only left the Defendant and the KONAE was at the bottom.

Nevertheless, the court below found all of the charges of this case guilty, and the judgment of the court below erred by misunderstanding the facts and affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

2. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the court below based on the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, namely, ① the court security management unit E stated that the defendant et al. was tightly and closely tightly in the uniform of himself and F (in the investigation records, the 35,36 pages), ② the field photographs of this case (in the investigation records, the 40,41 pages) and the fact that the defendant is pushing for physical fighting with the court security management unit, the defendant can sufficiently recognize the fact that he interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the court security management unit as stated in the judgment of the court below. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
